Does anyone have faith that Alabama voters (dominated by conservative evangelicals) won’t put a Constitution-defying (alleged) child molester ^[pictured] in Congress today? Or is everyone as pessimistic about Republicans’ ability to do the right thing as I am?

• The President of the United States is calling for the firing of a journalist who apologized for tweeting incorrectly about the size of Trump’s rally audience. I will never get used to this new normal.
