• New Brunswick, Canada courts currently hold 56 lawsuits alleging clerical child sex abuse, including 32 against the same priest.

• Louisiana man exonerated and freed after spending 45 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. His conviction hinged on a single eyewitness who wasn’t certain it was him. The prosecutor was known for withholding exculpatory evidence.
