
Are you Canadian? Do you like the free and open Web? Do you want ISPs like Bell and other companies to band together to decide, with no legal oversight, which websites you can visit and which you can’t, just as SOPA threatened to do in the US some years back?
If you answered respectively “yeah”, “sure” and “fuck that”, then haul ass to sign this petition and share it with any other Internet-loving Canadians you know, because the deadline for comments is tomorrow.
And to think I sporadically considered switching over to Bell. Man, I’m funny. (Then again, my current ISP, Vidéotron, is owned by Québecor, which is a sponsor, so crap.)
