You may not know this, but Trump is, like, really racist

I’m as tired of saying this as you are of hearing it, but: Your President, Americans.

President Trump grew frustrated with lawmakers Thursday in the Oval Office when they discussed protecting immigrants from Haiti, El Salvador and African countries as part of a bipartisan immigration deal, according to several people briefed on the meeting.

“Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?” Trump said, according to these people, referring to countries mentioned by the lawmakers.

In addition, the president singled out Haiti, telling lawmakers that immigrants from that country must be left out of any deal, these people said.

“Why do we need more Haitians?” Trump said, according to people familiar with the meeting. “Take them out.”

No racist! No racist! You’re the racist!

He also asked why more people don’t immigrate from Norway or Asia. It evidently hasn’t occurred to him that in their view, America is the shithole, at least as long as he’s in charge. (Rest assured we Canadians feel the same way, but unlike Trump, we happily welcome refugees.)

Also: Do me a favor and yell at those outlets that use little euphemisms like “racially insensitive” to describe Trump’s racist-as-fuck remarks. They need to stop sugarcoating just what a massive infected asshole is sitting behind the Resolute Desk.
