Family says Remington has no history of attacks. Dog survives, but police dept. reneged on their promise to foot the vet bill, leaving family with over $5,000 in vet bills. Find their GoFundMe here. Owner disputes claim the dog was aggressive, but didn’t witness the shooting; now faces loose dog violation. Same dog was shot back in June whilst on a leash.
