• Appeals court rules a naturalized US citizen ^[pictured] who was wrongly imprisoned by ICE for three-and-a-half years without a lawyer isn’t eligible for compensation because the statute of limitations expired whilst he was in custody.

• Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) presents a bill to decriminalize pot nationwide, cut funding to states that target minorities, and dump that money back into Drug War-ravaged communities. It’s a commonsensical move that would improve lives and wellbeing all over, so of course it has zero chance of passing, least of all with Trump and his Drug-Warrior Attorney General.
